This is the house with heatHEAT FOR THE HOUSE
I really enjoyed the summer I would sit out on my little deck and look into the woods thinking I never thought that I would ever own a tree that big. Now all I could see was trees everywhere I looked. My brother said I could buy the place from him. The house never had any heat just a fireplace that really didn't do much for heat. Me being poor I didn't have the money for duct work for a furnace and with all the other work it needed. The cement floors were never finished and drywall where there was some was never finished. The bottom half had bare cinder blocks. The upstairs had bare floors still needing the sub floor. Upstairs didn't have drywall or insulation at all.
What I ended up doing was blocking off the upstairs, I didn't use it anyway but for the deck and didn't plan on using the deck in the winter. I had a lot more cracks in the walls then I thought I had, and ended up the lst year in the living room. I used the bathroom but it was cold unless I was going to take a bathe then I used a kerosene heater. On my days off work I would open up the kitchen and bathroom so I could move around more. God is good and I loved living there even with the ruff winter. It was better than the trailer park with the peeping Tom and break ins, which is another story.
